A boxed product is shipped and sold in a retail box created for the American market.
Size and Weight
ACImporting can handle only products under 2.5 kilos (5 lbs.) and under 30cm x 30cm x 30cm (12"x12"x12"), the size we have handled in our warehouse for 25 years.
We maintain a large, heated storage warehouse for smaller products.
The small products fit in with Amazon's requirements.
Retail Packaging
You should procure local packaging production.
All products are shipped in the retail box combined into carboard containers UPS can deliver.
We can help you design American style packaging with your brand logo as we have for our own products.
Production
All products will be checked for acceptability for selling in America.
We do not want to micro-manage production. If your quality is excellent all is good.
We will work with producers designing products fitting well with automation.
Producers keeping up with technology are desireable.

Please note only one way to be successful in the custom apparel business through the business plan implementation.
Quickly, you will need direct-to-fabric printing, laser cutting, our software and the trained people to operate. Cloth apparel will need sewing facilities. The full-bodied knitting department requires many expensive and complicated machines. Many supporting services will help implementtion. Differing from our plan will mean greater expense and may not be allowed.
Mass Apparel
After three years of custom apparel production the mass market can be addressed. The time will create recognizable brand names and channels for large orders buyers to help create orders. We will carry more sizes and fits than other manufacturers, a distinct advantage.
